The heart and soul behind the brand.

Our aim is to enable other hard working Kiwis the reality of building and owning their own home, whether it be the first or the first of many. We offer and insist on a full hand holding approach to building. A husband and wife duo who provide complete coverage from floor plan concept with a wealth of knowledge ensuring an individualised build each and every time, to suit your budget, section and lifestyle. #webuilddreams

We’re not developers, not a group housing builder nor a franchise. So who are we?We’re custom home builders. And we do so in NZ made chemical free steel framing.

Kate brings the ideas, and Lee the brains behind the family run business that started back in 2011. Born from our own adventures in the property game, we wanted to be able to share what we knew with others. From floor plans, to exterior finishes and kitchen lay outs that weren’t just another repeat. We knew there must be a way to get exactly what you want in a home, without a million dollar price tag (even if you are a First Home Buyer)

NEWS + MEDIA

While building homes is pretty important too us, we know there’s a bigger picture too. Giving back is integral, we are passionate about being a part of and caring for our local community. We sponsor and help out a few good causes each year such as the B Grade Squash Tournament developing the next generation of players, Special Children’s Christmas for disabled children, Primary School events where we take along our Tiny Home On Wheels to act as the Gala Day raffle stands and Ruahine Kindergarten Association supplying the hangi for Matariki. We also built the Palmerston North City Council Gym to keep the team fit and healthy during their busy days. It was a high light to be Key Note Speaker at the Inaugural Tiny Home Conference (Kate ) in Wellington 2018 and a speaker on the  Expert Panel (Lee).
Community Spirit #local
We’ve been busy with Palmerston North City Council on another community project! You can check out the workout platform prototype that’s currently in The Square, designed with a steel framed base for longevity to never rot. There’s bars placed for adult fitness training and enough space to keep kiddos entertained while you do it. Battle ropes will also be added for the best workout once in situ and ready for family fun in the outdoors. The mobile gym platform will be moved around the city along river ways from now on.

It’s been a pleasure to have worked with the following friends.
